WHILE we enjoy giving out all of the accolades at our National Game Awards, there are a couple we cherish that little bit more and the Lifetime Achievement prize is most definitely one of those.
Only the very best Non-League has to offer are considered for the award, which will be presented at our ceremony, in association with sports coaching and education specialists SCL.
Last year, Folkestone Invicta boss Neil Cugley, who also serves as a director, was honoured for his 19 years’ service to the Kent club.
Previous winners include England C boss Paul Fairclough, legendary manager John Still and former Conference chief Brian Lee.
Non-League has lots of characters like those mentioned above, the kind of people that dedicate their life to the game and leave a lasting mark. One thing’s for sure, the winner will definitely be deserving!
