General Secretary / Manager
Responsible to:
The Chairman
Primary Function:
To be fully conversant with all aspects of running a Football Competition which includes all aspects of Football Association Rules and Regulations.
Operational Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Chairman and colleagues taking the lead on day to day activities and be the senior contact for Member Clubs on all League Management issues.
Must be capable of dealing with the Football Association and County Football Association matters covering all aspects of Rules and Regulations and preparation of Fixture Scheduling and premium end of season events.
Be experienced in the preparation of Agenda’s for Board Meetings Including Annual General Meetings or Extraordinary Meetings. Must be fully IT literate with Microsoft/Outlook/Word/Excel Spread Sheets/Internet and good people management skills.
Have a working knowledge of Social Media, be conversant with Accounting Reports, Spreadsheets and financial responsibilities within the league.

Commercial Executive
Responsible to:
Chairman Commercial Committee
Primary Function:
To grow commercial income for the league and create income streams for member clubs.
Operational Responsibilities:
To support the commercial committee in the identification and acquisition of positive scholarships within commercial sponsors and advertisers.
To maintain and develop day to day relationships with existing Commercial partners and agent and identify new opportunities.
To create and manage the commercial relationships with the League’s member clubs and to collate and evaluate data to identify new opportunities for both league and clubs.
To support and enhance in the league’s marketing and communications materials.
To implement and co-ordinate the collective decisions of the Board.
Applications:
The most appropriate applicant will be an autonomous and enterprising operator with sales and marketing experience in a similar client relations environment, not necessarily in football, although a respectable understanding of the sport would be required.
