Marathonbet preview the weekend’s Non-League action

They’re edging ever closer to the record for most consecutive wins in English Football, but Forest Green are now proving a hard outfit to make any significant money from.
They’re a short-price 4/11 with Marathonbet to beat lowly at The New Lawn tomorrow and stretch their winning run to nine games. Punters will now have to delve a little deeper into Marathonbet’s range of markets to dig out the value. One standout selection could be Forest Green to win both halves at 24/25 – just under evens.

If Adrian Pennock’s side have their shooting boots on, consider backing Rovers to cruise to a 3-0 victory at 73/10 or 3-1 at 10/1.

Another team finding their stride of late is , who will be looking for a third win on the bounce against tomorrow. The Silkmen notched decent victories over and Grimsby last time out and according to boss John Askey this week, “everybody in the team is improving.”

Macclesfield look a big price at 2/1 to beat Bromley outright and 63/10 to draw the first half and win at full-time. Bromley should offer a tough test but despite a decent win against Gateshead last week, it’s Macclesfield who have the momentum.

In North, are proving draw masters after failing to break the deadlock in five of their eight league games. They remain unbeaten though having won three fixtures and visit fellow league high-flyers AFC Flyde tomorrow. We suspect neither side will want to over-commit in this early-season clash of the promotion hopefuls and are backing the draw at 57/20. A correct score 1-1 draw is 61/10.

Like in the National League, Solihull Moor’s fine winning run has got bookies across the land running scared and they’re a short 63/100 to beat Bradford Park Avenue away tomorrow. The Birmingham boys had to work hard for their 1-0 win at Harrogate last time out and with Bradford Park now off the mark after a slender 1-0 victory against bottom-of-the table Telford, it could be a frustrating afternoon for the league leaders. We reckon draw first half and Solihull to win at full time looks a good shout at 77/20.

And finally in , leaders Bath will be hoping to get back to winning ways against when they meet at Twerton Park. The promotion hopefuls will be disappointed to have dropped four points against and Dartfort in recent weeks, but we think a third draw on the bounce against The Tudors is on the cards. The draw is a healthy 11/4.

Feeling lucky? Back Tamworth and Bath to both draw their games in a tasty 13.4/1 double at Marathonbet.
