FC United of Manchester to host the homeless at Broadhurst Park on Christmas Day

The season of goodwill is here and FC are getting in on the act once again as they get set to open the doors at Broadhurst Park to the homeless this Christmas.
On Saturday, the club collected tinned food and dry goods for local food banks and will be accepting donations of new toys from December 11 to 15 at their stadium.
That’s not all! When FC United are visited by on Saturday, January 6, they will be hosting their annual Big Coat Day, where people are encouraged to donate warm clothing.
Last year, the club welcomed over 40 people on Christmas Day, who were looked after by many FC United volunteers.
The club, in partnership with The Homeless Manchester Project and Depaul UK, will be providing toiletries and towels to allow everyone the opportunity to have a hot shower on Christmas Day with breakfast will also be available. Activities include table football, table tennis, pool, Xbox, PS4 and various arts and crafts.
