Perry Skinner has stepped down from his position as Greenwich Borough chairman after five years in the role due to family and business commitments.
Promotion hopefuls Borough sit fifth in the Bostik South.
Skinner will continue to support the club and remain as a director having taken over the reigns five years ago with his late brother David.
Perry said: “Since taking over the Club it has been some of the best times that I have had in football.
“I have met some great people and learnt a huge amount with regards to the behind the scenes of running a football club, but the time is right to step down “.
A replacement has not yet been named.
