A look ahead to the play-off finals taking place over the Bank Holiday weekend

The leagues in Step 3 and 4 come to a culmination over the Bank Holiday weekend as nine play-off finals take place over a frantic three days.

Evo-Stik NPL Premier

Ashton Unied vs Grantham Town (Saturday 3pm)
Ashton United secured their position in the play-off final with a narrow 2-1 victory over . The Robins, who finished in 11th position last season, go into Saturday’s game having won their last four matches.
Grantham secured an impressive 2-1 victory at Farsley Celtic on Tuesday night. Adam Stevens’ side sneaked into the play-off positions with a final day victory at Sutton Coldfield Town on the final day of the season.

Bamber Bridge vs Prescot Cables (Saturday 3pm)
Bamber Bridge battled back from a goal down in their semi-final against Tadcaster Albion to prevail in a 2-1 victory. Neil Reynolds’ side finished a comfortable 12 points within the play-off positions following a successful season on the pitch.
Prescot Cables will come into Saturday’s game high on confidence after an impressive 3-0 win over Trafford in midweek. The Pesky Bulls have shown remarkable improvements this season after finishing in a lowly 16th position last year.

Evo-Stik NPL Division One South

Bedworth vs (Saturday 3pm)
Stuart Storer’s side secured a narrow 2-1 victory over Chastown to gain a place in the play-off final. Bedworth will be looking for revenge after losing out to Stamford in March.
Stamford raced to a surprise 2-1 victory against Frickley Athletic in the week. The Daniels finished 11 points behind Frickley in the regular season but won at Spencer Fearn thanks to goals from Rob Morgan and Kieran Wells.

Bostik Premier

Dulwich Hamlet vs (Monday 3pm)
Despite their off field problems this season, Dulwich Hamlet have played some fine football throughout the season and after narrowly missing out on the league title by just four points, Gavin Rose’s side have the chance to achieve promotion following their semi-final victory over Leiston.
Hendon finished 10 points behind Dulwich in the regular season but the visitors will be keen to emulate the 1-0 away victory they achieved at Hamlet earlier in the season.

Bostik North

vs Haringey Borough (Sunday 3pm)
Haringey Borough eased to a 2-0 victory over Heybridge Swifts to book their place in the play-off final. The win was Borough’s ninth straight league win.
Canvey Island were the division’s top goalscorers having found the net an impressive 100 times during their 46 league games. The Islanders will be boosted by the signing of striker Sam Higgins who found the net 26 times to win the National League South golden boot.

Bostik South

Casuals vs Walton Casuals (Saturday 3pm)
Corinthian Casuals are hoping to go one better than last year when they fell just short of promotion following a heart breaking penalty shoot out defeat to Dorking Wanderers in the play-off final. In identical fashion to last year, Corinthian prevailed in an away victory over Greenwich Borough at the semi-final stage.
Walton Casuals also secured an impressive victory at the semi-final stage. The Casuals, who sneaked into the play-offs on goal difference, won at Cray Wanderers in midweek to set up an intriguing final at King George’s Field.

Evo-Stik Southern Premier

King’s Lynn Town vs (Monday 3pm)
After having a superb regular season, where they raced to 100 points, King’s Lynn Town will be looking to finish their campaign on a high by securing promotion to the National League South. The Walks eased to a comfortable 3-0 over Weymouth in mid week.
After losing out in the play-offs last season, Slough Town will be keen to prevail in the end of season lottery this time around. Jon Underwood and Neil Baker’s side secured their fifth straight victory with an impressive 3-1 home win over Kettering Town on Tuesday night.

Evo-Stik Southern East

Hartley Wintney vs (Monday 3pm)
Hartley Wintney went into the play-offs on a worrying run of form having fallen to defeat in their final two regular season matches. However, Luke Mullen’s side eased to a 2-0 win over over Dunstable at The Memorial Playing Fields to book their place in the final.
Cambridge City occupied the final play-off position after 1-1 draw at Moneyfields on the final day of the season. The Lillywhites secured an impressive 1-0 win at Hayes & Yeading in the semi-finals.

Evo-Stik Southern West

vs (Monday 3pm)
Wimborne stretched their unbeaten record to eight games after an impressive 2-0 victory at home to . The Magpies won both regular season games over Supermarine during the regular season.
Swindon Supermarine made it into the play-off final in dramatic circumstances after winning a penalty shoot out at Evesham after the game ended in a 1-1 draw.
