Brightlingsea Regent winger Rob Harvey signs for Championship side Millwall FC

Bostik League winger Rob Harvey has stepped up five divisions to sign for Millwall in the Championship for an undisclosed fee.
The promising 18-year-old broke into Brightlingsea Regent‘s first team last season where he attracted the attention of several Football League clubs.
Harvey had a spell training with Millwall’s U23 squad last term and has been snapped up following a trial period.
“I’m very pleased with [the move],” he said. “It came about last season when I was playing in the first-team at Brightlingsea, and I came back in pre-season.
“I’ve always played in non-league so it’s nice to get a break playing professionally.”
