WEALDSTONE are facing a race against time in the hope they can reopen the turnstiles to fans in time for their next home game, on March 12.
The Stones were forced to take on Torquay United behind closed doors yesterday while the pitch perimeter barrier at Grosvenor Vale underwent emergency repair.
Safety officers at Harrow Council were forced to step in after the barrier was damaged during the home game with Dover Athletic on January 15.
The barrier was replaced but failed again in the game against Wrexham last Saturday when visiting supporters celebrated scoring their winning...
