WHAT utter rubbish spouted by Chris Berry in regards to the Hampshire Senior Cup final being played at Eastleigh (Fans’ Forum, March 20).
All county cup finals seem to be played in March these days to alleviate playing the finals in play-off periods
Secondly, Eastleigh fielded just two experienced players in their semi-final; Ross Flitney, aged 37, who has not played first-team league football for over two years, and Vince Harper for his first game back after suspension.
I suspect Eastleigh was chosen as Hampshire FA knew of their availability while, I should...
