CLARETS HIT HIGH ROAD IN TREK FOR CHARITY

BIG-HEARTED supporters of Chelmsford City have so far raised nearly £7,000 for local charities after completing a gruelling eight-day 250-mile cross-country trek.
The eight supporters hiked in a daily relay from Bridport in Dorset, and arrived at Maidstone United’s Gallagher Stadium in Maidstone, Kent, in time to watch the Clarets’ game against the National League South champions last Saturday.
The money raised will be shared between Essex and Herts Air Ambulance, the local homelessness charity, Chess, and Chelmsford City Supporter...
