FC HUMBER United have undergone an identity change for the fourth time in their six-year history after merging with lower league Askern Miners.
Originally known as AFC Rovers, the Northern Counties East Division One side became East Yorkshire Carnegie and then East Hull.
Now, after failure to find a permanent home, the club have decided to move from East Yorkshire to Askern near Doncaster, subject to a ground grading inspection.
FC Humber chairman Richard Smales has now stood down and the club will from now on be known as Askern Miners.
