WINDSOR are poised to appoint a new manager following the resignation of Mark Cooper.
Several applications for the job were received within an hour of Cooper announcing his exit, after he led the Royalists to seventh in Combined Counties Premier North.
Captain of previous club Windsor & Eton, Cooper also played for Harrow Borough, Hendon and AFC Wimbledon.
He took over at Stag Meadow in 2019.
A Royalists statement said: “Windsor FC would like to wish Mark all the best in his future endeavours and thanks him for his contribution over the last three seasons.”
