NICK Brown has been named as the new manager of Spartan South Midlands Premier Division outfit Arlesey Town.
UEFA B coach Brown had previously been running the under-23s side which he had set up at Isthmian League Leatherhead.
There had been more than 70 applications for the job following the resignation of Martin Standenn inMarch for personal reasons.
Chairman Dave Kitson said that one of the reasons for the choice of Brown as the new bosss wasArlesey’s wish to get their youth system back in place, and build a club for the whole community.
