WITH regards to the situation at Leatherhead, I think I remember something similar happening in 2005-06 when Leigh RMI were reprieved from relegation to Step 3 ahead of Carshalton Athletic who had a better pointsper-game record.
However, it does seem harsh that it appears that Leatherhead, who only went down through a late Kings Langley winner on the final day, went down with a higher points-pergame record than Merthyr, who stayed up.
Bearing in mind the distance between the grounds of Leatherhead and Walton Casuals, I think it would have been fairer if Leatherhead...
