JOHN SHERIDAN says the farewell he was given by Oldham Athletic fans will live with him forever.
The Latics legend waved goodbye on a high note following yesterday’s 3-2 win over Eastleigh.
It was a final show of appreciation for the club legend – who has had six spells in charge of the club and came out of retirement last season in an attempt to help keep them in the Football League.
