I’D like to clarify some wording from your article on Bury AFC in last week’s NLP.
The supporters’ vote in question is regarding the merger – or not -–of two societies, not football clubs.
Bury FC remains in administration under another name CCFB Realisations and there is no such team in the NLS. Similarly, there is no football team currently based at Gigg Lane.
Everybody on both sides of the argument are Bury FC supporters.
