ROGER Johnson’s appointment at Brackley Town looks like a marriage made in heaven as he looks to shake off the club’s bridesmaid tag.
The former Cardiff City, Birmingham City and Wolves defender, 39, needed a strong start to life in the dugout having replaced Saints legend Kevin Wilkin, the manager who masterminded four straight National North play-off finishes and victory in the 2018 FA Trophy final at Wembley.
