MANY fans recall in great detail every ground they’ve been to. I am not one of those people! Football is a passing, almost ethereal entertainment for me, so I very quickly forget the details.
Anyway, the upshot is that I have to choose a new venue for Saturday and I very quickly settle on AFC Totton v Bashley in the Southern League Division One South (the Stags v the Stags). After double checking my Master List (in both the ‘As and the ‘Ts), my match is decided at last.
