WELFARE ROCKED BY BOSS’ WALKOUT

ARMTHORPE Welfare are aiming to appoint a new manager in the coming days after postponing three of their Northern Counties East fixtures following a top brass walk-out.
Their Division One games against Nostell MW, Retford United and Staveley MW were hurriedly called off after manager and chairman Lee Morris and his backroom team suddenly quit following a disagreement with the club’s committee.
