JOINT managers Kevin Rayner and Lee Roots have both left AFC Croydon Atheltic following Tuesday night’s stoppage time defeat to Jersey Bulls.
Rayner joined as manager in 2016 and since then took charge of nearly 300 games at the Rams before bringing in former Holmesdale boss Roots to work alongside him during the close season.
In June, the club was bought by a consortium comprising rapper Stormzy, former Premier League striker Wilfried Zaha and former Palace head of care Danny Young.
