TWO players and the assistant manager of Roman Glass St George were rushed to hospital on Friday night, while their teammates were left ‘badly shaken’ after their team coach crashed and overturned on its way back from a game.
The Bristol-based Hellenic League Premier side were travelling back from their 1-0 win at Longlevens, in Gloucestershire, when the coach collided with another vehicle, reportedly stolen and being driven ‘erratically’, at around 11.30pm on the A38 near Thornbury.
