FISHER TO BE GIVEN BARDS RECOGNITION

STRATFORD TOWN will honour the memory of stabbing victim Cody Fisher when they face Leamington on Boxing Day.
The 26th will mark the first anniversary of the killing of the defender, 23, who was stabbed to death at a Birmingham nightclub in 2022.
Three men; Kami Carpenter, 21, Remy Gordon, 22, and Reegan Anderson, 18, have denied murder and affray.
Southern League Premier Central Stratford have already retired Fisher’s No. 23 shirt, which is hanging on the wall at their Knights Lane stadium,and placed a plaque in his memory in the tunnel.
