Southend United’s attacking right-back was the only player wearing the Three Lions jersey for a second time.
Scott-Morriss took the scenic route to professional football after coming through at Royston Town – who he helped to promotion to Step 3 – before a season at Hemel Hempstead Town and then landing a move to Southend.
The 26-year-old made his international debut in last year’s 1-0 win over the Welsh at Altrincham.
