HAMPTON & Richmond Borough say their next manager will still have a focus on developing talent after Mel Gwinnett left the club.
Gwinnett took over in January 2023 and the Beavers were in the thick of the National League South play-off chase this season, only to fall away and finish ninth.
They also reached the Isuzu FA Trophy fifth round where they were beaten by Macclesfield.
