WILY boss Phil Brown reckons working with the media has made him a better manager.
The Kidderminster Harriers chief is celebrating two decades in football management this year – a career which has seen him take charge in all top six tiers of English football, as well as two years working in India.
But the vastly experienced 65-year-old insists his work with BBC Radio Five Live and BBC Radio Manchester has given him a different perception of the game – and it’s given an added dimension to carrying out the day job.
