ALTRINCHAM fans will be handed free away travel for their longest trip of the season this month – all thanks to the club’s shirt sponsors AO.
The generous gesture will allow up to 57 Robins fans to make the 440-mile round trip from Lancashire to Yeovil Town’s Huish Park on September 14 free of charge.
Seats were first offered to the frequent travellers of the club’s Union Golf Road Supporters Group who have made 50 per cent or more of the away trips since the beginning of last season.
