■THE first half was an end-to-end affair with a lot of chances for both sides and a lot of keeper action, Owen Howe taking the best chance for the hosts with a shot from the outside of his boot hurtling straight into the keeper’s arms.
Yate’s best chance was a shot that hit the outside edge of the side netting.
Yate scored a very scrappy goal with James Taylor tapping in after a miscommunication from George Burton.
