PAUL HOLLERAN jokes ‘it was never meant to be like this’ as he approaches 15 years in charge of National League North high-flyers Leamington – and says producing players is what keeps him motivated.
The 54-year-old first took charge of the Brakes in November 2009 after spells at Rushall Olympic, Halesowen Town and Solihull Moors and led the club to promotion back to Step 2 last term via the Southern League Premier Central playoffs.
