FA CUP hero Mike Fondop has double reason to celebrate – as the National League’s best player for 2024!
The 30-year-old capped the most consistent year of his career so far by helping Micky Mellon’s men topple Tranmere Rovers to reach the FA Cup second round last weekend.
Now he has been recognised for his contribution by winning the Van-on d’Or – National League sponsors Vanarama’s take on the Ballon d’Or – voted by supporters across the division.
