FA must explain Trophy decision

ON November 16, Tonbridge Angels were beaten 1-0 by Gosport Borough in the FA Trophy second round.
It subsequently emerged that Gosport had used an ineligible player in that game and so therefore were removed from the competition.
Tonbridge, however were not reinstated, but instead Worthing, who were also defeated by Gosport in the third round, were reinstated. Surely Tonbridge should have been given the opportunity to play Worthing to decide who should face Torquay United in the fourth round?
To my knowledge the FA have yet to state publicly exactly why they have reached this stran...
