NINE out of ten fans back the principle of increasing the promotion and relegation spaces between the EFL and the National League from two to three, according to a new FSA survey.
An overwhelming 92.5 per cent of all fans said they supported the idea, with just over eight in ten (83 per cent) of fans of EFL clubs backing the proposal.
In total, 1,980 fans gave their opinions in a survey prompted by the National League’s 3UP campaign, which aims to increase the promotion and relegation spots between the fourth and fifth tiers.
