THE draw for the first round proper of the FA Trophy was made at Wembley this lunchtime, with the National League big guns now entering the competition.
Holders FC Halifax Town face a replay with Evo-Stik NPL Premier side Matlock and if they can get through that game, they will face a trip to National League outfit Solihull Moors.
Elsewhere, Curzon Ashton could be set for an FA Cup rematch against York City of they can overcome Worcester while Steve Housham will be travelling to his former club Gainsborough with North Ferriby if Trinity beat Alfreton.
The 32 first round clashes will take place on Saturday, December 10, with winning clubs picking up £5,000 from The FA’s prize fund.
