FA Vase holders Spennymoor Town were paired with Bridlington Town in the Third Round draw that was made at Wembley on Monday.
The Moors, who are currently third in Northern League Division One, host the Seasiders, who sit seventh in the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.
That game will take place over the weekend of December 7 and 8, along with the other 31 Third Round fixtures.
Winning clubs will receive £1,500 from The FA’s prize fund.
