NON-LEAGUE‘S two remaining FA Cup representatives could face each other in the quarter-finals of the FA Trophy after the draw was made on Monday morning.
Clubs are just one win away from a two-legged semi-final and if they can safely navigate that, they will be featuring at Wembley on Non-League Finals Day.
Lincoln City and Sutton United have both made headlines this season in the FA Cup but they are also still competing in Non-League’s premier cup competition.
If Sutton are able to make it past Boreham Wood in their replay, they will welcome National League leaders Lincoln to Gander Green Lane.
Elsewhere, Step 3 Dulwich Hamlet will host Macclesfield Town if they are able to beat National League outfit Braintree Town in their replay.
Chelmsford City almost shocked Tranmere at the weekend and if the National League South club can finish the job off at home, they will take on another Step 1 high-flyer in Barrow.
The final tie sees National League North Brackley Town, who won 4-1 at Wealdstone on Saturday, travel to top-flight strugglers York City.
The quarter-final ties will take place on Saturday, February 25 and winning clubs will receive £8,000 from the FA’s prize fund.
