■A SECOND half strike from Sam Higgins was enough to earn National League South side East Thurrock a place in the next round of the FA Cup.
Biggleswade Town had the better of the match in the first half when Connor Hall hit the bar from his own corner.
As the game meandered towards a replay, Higgins struck the decisive blow on 65 minutes when he found himself free at the far post to chin the ball over the line.
