SUBSTITUTE Duncan Culley scored a late penalty to earn Hampton & Richmond a replay against Potters Bar Town.
Not much separated the two sides for most of the match, but in the 73rd minute the deadlock was finally broken when David Sota tapped in from close range to give the away side the lead.
