Noah Keats scored a brace to secure Truro City’s passage in a lively encounter at the Beveree.
Keats opened the scoring after a flick-on from a long throw on the hour mark.
Tom McHale saved a Dan Sweeney penalty with seven minutes remaining and with the game finely poised, before Keats bagged his second in the 89th minute to put the game out of sight.
Truro’s John McHale was the busier of the two keepers in the first half, saving well from tricky winger Malachi Napa, and the game really came to life in the second half with both sides pushing for a winner.
