AMBITIOUS Billericay Town are taking their first steps towards a full-time training regime under new boss Dean Brennan.
The National League South title chasers currently train on a Tuesday and Thursday nights but find themselves competing against fulltime promotion rivals in the likes of Woking and Torquay United.
Now, the club are exploring the viability of training weekday mornings to begin with, perhaps increasing further this towards the end of this season and the beginning of next.
