CHERTESEY TOWN looked the more likely victors for much of this FA Cup tie against Step 5 side visitors Cobham, but the marginal supremacy meant very little in the end of this draw.
Cobham had the best first-half chance when Monty Everett was let in, but he let that opportunity go begging as he fired straight at the goalkeeper.
Chertsey looked to have done enough – just – in taking the lead with a fine Lewis Driver header on 53 minutes.
