SEFTON Gonzales’ late winner gave Colne a hat- -trick of knock-out competition victories over North East sides.
Gonzales struck with a header three minutes from time as hosts Dunston were heading for a fourth replay.
The game got off to a bad start for the Tyneside outfit when Craig Scott deflected Aiden Chippendale’s cross into his own net.
Scott Heslop was denied an equaliser by the woodwork before Liam Brooks levelled when he pounced onto a back-pass.
