HEREFORD proved too good for the home side as they earned a comfortable victory to progress to the third qualifying round.
The Bulls took the lead in the 27th minute through Lenell John-Lewis, his low-driven shot beating Pat O’Flaherty.
In the 63rd minute, Hereford doubled their lead thanks to John-Lewis from the penalty spot.
Gosport looked to threaten a comeback after 73 miniutes when Matt Paterson laid the ball into Dan Wooden, whose deflected shot went into the back of the net.
