■ HYTHE Town edged out their Isthmian South-East opponents thanks to a 64th-minute goal from left back Nathan Gordon.
Hythe created nearly all the chances on the south coast, but had been kept out by some resolute defending and a couple of fine saves by Sam Gray, particularly a tip over from a header by Jacob Gilbert.
The deciding goal was a scrappy one, with the ball bobbling across the goal and Gordon scuffing it home at the far post.
