STRATFORD Town earned a hard-fought home replay as 10-man Boston United failed to put the Bards to bed.
Jake Wright Jnr’s red card 15 minutes from time capped a miserable day for Boston, who saw Fraser Preston’s opener cancelled out by Jaanai Gordon’s leveller.
Winger Preston put the hosts ahead midway through the first half – his 22-yard free-kick flying over a Town wall that didn’t jump and into Liam O’Brien’s bottom left corner.
