HANDSWORTH pulled off na minor surprise to earn a replay in Sheffield against their higher-ranked hosts.
The home side dominated the opening period but could not gain the initiative. Jon Oglesby twice forced athletic saves from Ben Townsend to keep the tie goalless at the interval.
Cleethorpes moved ahead just after the restart. The unfortunate Michael Trench put through his own goal under pressure from Rio Molyneaux. It was initially ruled out by the referee but, after consulting his assistant, the goal stood.
