LANCING fell at the first FA Cup hurdle as four goals in 10 first half minutes saw Athletic Newham progress. New boss Jamie Hollis’s Lancers went ahead through Harry Docherty, who nodded in Charlie Gibson’s free-kick. By the time Docherty had struck his second from the spot, his side were already 4-1 down.
Within a minute of Docherty’s header, the visitors, equalised through Alex Kozak after a mix up.
