BISHOP’S Cleeve nclaimed a big win in this preliminary round tie.
A promising start from the home side saw two very strong attempts saved by the Lydney Town keeper, but for the next 10 minutes action slowed.
However, Cleeve opened the scoring in the 15th minute when Jay Malshanksyj scored a superb goal from outside the box.
An intense start to the second half saw Cleeve grab their second goal from a corner with Matt Bower heading home. Cleeve then dominated the rest of the game.
