CHERTSEY TOWN’S FA Cup journey was not on the edge of a premature finish against Step 4 visitors Raynes Park Vale, but the tie edged towards a draw as the away side won a good half dozen corner kicks in the final 15 minutes.
It was a dream start for the Curfews, who raced into a two goal lead in just nine minutes, with first secured c oming in the first minute. Both came from Jack Mazzone - one shot, one header. Cruising.
