THIS was a crazy tie between two evenly balanced sides except in the important task of scoring goals.
The game had a bit of everything. Jake Reed celebrated with his 200th goal for the Trawler Boys, Harvey Sayer hit a hat-trick of penalties and Lowestoft survived a late scare as the upright was hit twice and Luke Holt produced a brilliant save to deny Stephen Cawley his hat-trick.
A Sayer penalty opened the scoring in the 24th minute and was quickly followed by Reed’s celebratory strike and another from Sam Johnson. A late flurr...
