THE Lilywhites bowed out of the FA Cup to a good Chorley side, although the scoreline flattered the visitors slightly.
Reece Webb-Foster almost found an opening early on, while Eric Yahaya had two chances but found himself stifled by the Chorley defence.
The visitors grew into the game and after ten minutes, Fin Madigan was forced into an outstanding double save.
Fawns then saw two chances come as Matt Urwin stopped one and the other flashed inches wide of the post.
