CHELMSFORD progressed to the fourth qualifying round of the FA Cup for a fourth consecutive season as they overcame a Bromsgrove side who threatened to punish the Clarets for their profligacy.
The first half was a constant wave of pressure from the hosts and after a number of misses, a pull-back from Ruaridh Donaldson from the right was chested in from close range by Jordan Greenidge to put City a goal to the good.
Bromsgrove keeper Charlie Price was also keeping the scoreline at a manageable distance and he saved multiple Claret efforts...
